    We're lifestyle photographers based in Southport, the beautiful coastal town in the north west - and also London (and our work takes us to all corners of the UK, so location is never a problem for us).

    We blend creative portraiture with photojournalism and we specialise in taking contemporary, relaxed, vibrant and honest family portraits of people having fun. We usually work on location and in the client's home or garden, using natural light and making the most of locations that are important to you.

    It's simple, it's spontaneous and it's stylish.

    Our style is influenced by the pictures you see in glossy magazines, catalogues and adverts; our ‘location’ photoshoot, the Lifestyle Experience, is fast and fun – rather like a fashion shoot – and enjoyed by all the family. We'll use a great outdoor location, which could be one of your favourite places such as a stunning natural beauty spot such as woodland or the beach, or somewhere funky and urban.

    We'll give you a great experience and leave you with images that are timeless, wonderfully dramatic and, ultimately, emotionally meaningful – images that can be shared and passed down from generation to generation.

Spring is in the air for location portraits

It’s the time of year when people start to think about blue skies, daffodils, green shoots, etc – and it’s a great time for a location shoot on the beach or the sand dunes. In the pictures below, Alex was running around with the dog on the beach near the Freshfield Nature Reserve – one of our favourite locations.

These location photo shoots normally take around two hours and can be a great way for the family to spend a Sunday morning. The shoot itself costs from just £95 (depending on where you are) and there’s no obligation to buy anything – no pressure and certainly no hard sell (we like to think think our pictures sell themselves). The location can be anywhere – it doesn’t have to be a beach – as long as it’s somewhere you enjoy.

Engagement portraits – spring special offer

With spring in the air, the wedding season is almost upon us – as is the time for getting engaged. For those who have decided to tie the knot, we’re offering a special all-inclusive package for a romantic engagement portrait (many couples use these images on their ‘Save the Date’ cards).

Our engagement lifestyle shoots are relaxed and great fun. We’ll take a wide selection of images in a fashion / advertising style at a location of your choice; this could include the home but will mostly focus on an outdoor location (and don’t worry if you’re stuck for ideas for finding the right location – just leave it to us).

Our lifestyle engagement package includes

  • DVD slideshow of the collection of pictures
